New dining equipment for Camp Parsons

Well, it is not the “new” dining hall (although we have raised close to 1 million dollars thanks to YOU and other generous donors) but perhaps it is a glimpse of what is to come. This past week, Camp Parsons received new equipment to replace our aging and somewhat outdated cooking equipment. This came as a set of new convection ovens, grill and burners. They look very nice and will be very helpful this upcoming season. We will look to have them transitioned into the new dining hall once it is constructed.
